Moto E3 Power
It has 5 inch HD display, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage, 32GB expandable memory card support, MediaTek MT6735P 64-bit Processor (Quad core- 1 Ghz), 3500 mAh Li-Polymer Battery and 8MP Primary Camera | 5MP Front camera.

Verdict: Clearly Xiaomi Redmi 3s is having more specifications than moto e3 power that too in less price. It’s up to you whether to buy chinese brand or moto.

If you remember Xiaomi Redmi 1s, redmi 2 and redmi 2 prime, these three phones were having the best camera in its price segment. Pictures taken was clear and sharp.(Redmi 1s was famous for it’s awesome camera).
If I had to choose between these two , I will go with Xiaomi Redmi 3s.
